Short Character Talking Animation

I need a short animation of a character named Danderson Schlooper talking. He is modeled after the real-life personality Anderson Cooper. The animation should be set in the BNN Newsroom on Danderson Schlooper 180. The art style of the animation will need to very closely match the art style of an image have attached. In the image, Danderson is depicted as a referee, however in this animation he should be wearing a suit and tie. I have also attached an image of the real-life Anderson Cooper so you can use that as a reference as well. As a bonus, see if you can add in the spinning globe in the background as shown in the real-life image. Do not spend any time on the text and panels shown around Anderson Cooper as part of his show, those are all visuals I will add myself to the finished product you produce. Finally, I attached a Script with the sections where I need to show Danderson speaking highlighted, and I also attached audio files with someone voicing over these sections of the script so you can map the animations to the voice acting. All mentioned assets are packed inside a .zip file.
