Build me a scoring system for kettlebell sport

I am the president of New Zealand Girevoy Sport Alliance. We run kettlebell sport competitions around New Zealand. We require a scoreboard system that includes a timer and the scores for each competitor platform. Specific requirements:
- Timer must be able to be set for any time period. Alternatively, ability to choose from preset options, 5, 10, 30, 60 mins. Clock counts upward with a 5 second countdown
- Must feature 3 platforms (not 6 as per example)
- Must allow control of counter on each platform from various keys eg, Platform 1 controlled by "Q" for add one rep, "A" for delete one rep, Platform 2 controlled from "E" and "D" etc
- Must run from windows 10 laptop
- Preferably stack platforms vertically so external monitors can be viewed from any direction. This will be duplicated on a monitor facing the spectators and on multiple monitors facing the athletes.
- If possible, ability to enter custom names for each platform to allow entry of athlete names
- Either run as a web app or downloadable programme, ability to run fullscreen
Does not need to be 6 platforms like the attached images, 3 is enough. Nice to have ability to enter the athlete's name if possible
Web based would make it easy for cmpetitions around teh country to access. Alternatively they could download the app from our website [login to view URL]
There are plenty of existing scoring systems but are very expensive to buy. I have a current app but does not run on more recent laptops.
