Hi I can design the pcb board in which i will add the connectors for all stepper motors and will add a bkuetooth/wireless IC which will take imstructions from the transmitter and there will be arduino controller. I will provide you gerber files , arduino code and bill of materials file.

Hi, may I know the exact requirement? You want the gerber files of the PCB design? Is it okay to design in EAGLE PCB? Or do you have any choice? How the Interface is between bluetooth and arduini. Please share the specs. Is it through UART? IR sensor is connected to which pin of the arduino. Do you mean one arduino for one stepper motor? Or how the 60 stepper motors are Connected to each other or central server?

That's a pretty hefty current draw at around 60 amps a 5V. Power management itself is going to be an issue. I am not aware of any arduino that can directly control so many motors. I think you need an I2C or SPI stepper motor drivers on a separate power distribution network. Please PM me to discuss.
