We are ready to work on this project and will deliver the .deliverables We have the following limitations. 1)As you are aware MP3 files being compressed, needs codec to play it. Which needs lot of computation power. Our MicroControllers doesn't have that capability. So only wav file can be done. 2) The 3MB SPIFF, we are not sure whether it gets correctly reflected in Arduino IDE. 4MB flash is great. so we cannot guarantee on SPIFF, but we will give it 100% best effort. The rest all can be done. We can design and deliver the prototype - 2 nos anywhere in India. PCB schematic in EAGLE pcb. BIll of Materials. All cost of the materials will be borne by us.
