Scheduled bell system using Arduino to play bell sounds and message playback by inputs

Please be advised that this is a small project and only programming will be required. I will need to award freelancer within a few days. You must have the ability to complete all tasks mentioned or NO PAYMENT will be released especially for “attempts” to get the project completed. This project is to emulate the basic functionality of the product Linortek Netbell-NTG Network Multi-Tone Generator PA System Controller without the need for network ability. We will have multiple inputs (N.O. switches or relays) and require playback of a bell / siren or pre-recorded voice messages to be played on a PA system. 2 of the inputs will come from installed from Amcrest WiFi AD110 Video Doorbell Camera that is hard wired. I would like the ability to just use the WiFi and their chime kit. Will play again after 10 minutes expire Input 2 – Play bell 2 – Lunch bell Input 3 telephone ringer (see below)– Close relay circuit Input 4 from Amcrest Video Doorbell Camera – Play wav 1 “attendant to shipping and receiving” Input 5 from Amcrest Video Doorbell Camera – Play wav 2 “attendant to tool crib” I will provide the hardware needed. I currently have the Arduino Uno but you will have the option of choosing any additional hardware needed such as an Arduino sound or recorder shield. I need this project to be compact and a shield would be preferable.
