I need a writer Narrative

Due to this particular job, I am seeking writers in the US only for this project. Thank you for understanding. If you can provide a short outline of how you work in terms of my forwarding information to you e.g. bullet points high lighting specific events and dates only, or ? Do you typically start with the an initial page for us to review before completing the project? And in terms of revisions if you can share what that entails? And any other pertinent information or terms to avoid any problems or confusion. :) I am seeking a story writer to create a narrative. The story is of a legal nature in that its a one person experience leading up to a civil lawsuit. The story is taking the experiences that are fragmented and rewrite in a story form emphasizing the emotions of the individual and describing how the events have impacted the persons life. Having some legal background would be helpful in matching the experiences with the legal claims but by all means not required. I don't doubt that many are excellent in writing which I am as well, however this requires more than just summarizing but the ability to balance dramatic moments using few words and enough so that the reader can share the feelings of the experience while at the same time not having it be too over the top where the story itself seems exaggerated. I think that a freelancer can provide 1 or 2 examples of story writing specific to this topic and not so much just showing basic examples such as resumes or a letter. Hope that makes sense and is not offending any one, there are so many freelancers on there that appear very talented so trying to narrow down the needs of the project. I am flexible on the price and new to freelancer so forgive me if i am approaching this without all of the needed information. I am not sure if there is a means of having a secondary version of the complete narrative so that is can be submitted as a story for print proposal but we can hopefully discuss that add on.
