What Are Dreams? Why we Dream

What is dream If a scientist or a psychologist wants to find out what is dream then what they need a lab, machines and group of experts, or they just need a brain because dream is matter of brain We have brain so let’s start inquiry into what is dream. We take information through senses then the information convert into memory and thinking and imagination is output of memory Thinking and imagination is a process always constantly going on in our brain. Dream is also imagination of pictures,sound,feelings etc. when we are awake there are two things happening constantly thinking,imagination and constantly receive information through senses Now watch carefully if we cut our senses if we not receive any type of information then what remains only imagination and thinking In sleeping state our senses are shuts down and remains only imagination and thinking the imagination and thinking is dream If we lost in something our senses mildly shuts down, and we lost in imagination and thinking this state is daydreaming Just watch yourself carefully, and you will see all this as a fact.
