Please provide your backgrounds, experience, your sample clients OR ACTUAL SITES where you've developed similar platforms (I want a demo on the functionality that you've coded in the past for your relative cases); communications mode; hours of operation; management approach toward development; delivery timelines; sample coding documentation. I WILL NEED ALL ENCOMPASSING QUOTE AND THEN BREAK THAT UP BY MILESTONE ALONG WITH HOURS REQUIRED FOR CODING AND YOUR TIMELINE FOR COMPLETION. MISSED TIMELINES WILL BE SUBJECT TO 10% PENALTY OF THAT MILESTONES COST FOR EACH WEEK LATE. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU WERE TO ASSIGN $30 COST (JUST AN EXAMPLE) TO TIER 1 AND YOU WERE TWO WEEKS LATE, YOU'D RECEIVE $24 AT COMPLETION OF THAT MILESTONE TIER ($30-$3-$3). THEREFORE, I'D ADVISE YOUR FIRM TO BE REALISTIC, TRUTHFUL AND NOT OVER-PROMISE TO GET THE WORK. ALL MILESTONES MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH PROPER DOCUMENTATION OF THE DATABASE AND CODING. I USE PAYPAL FOR PAYMENTS SO YOU'LL NEED TO LET ME KNOW IF THAT'S AN ISSUE OR PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT SOURCE THAT MIGHT BE ACCEPTABLE AND I'LL REVIEW THEIR FEES FOR PAYMENTS. Send me information on your firm, other recent eBusiness solutions that you have developed entirely, how many employees, how many employees at your home locations, project managers background or resument and your standard business process including client communications, project management style, who would be developing the code and their backgrounds and experience. I'd also like to know how many weeks support you provide after the project is completed for bugs that they may come up.
