Web PDF form filler(repost)

the program will let me load a pdf file to a server, convert it to flash and let me type over the pdf page(s), then it will let me print, save, delete data on the form. The data typed on the form will be saved for future use. Each pdf file will be stored in a seperate directory, with all other txt files (data) that were typed for it. I can have unlimitted data files for each PDF form. Any pdf file should work, scanned or created as a form.

The database will have the following features:

1) intial screen will have the following menu items:

load PDf to server, download PDf from server, list, setup

load pdf loads a pdf document to a specified directory on my site, saves downloads it to local hd, setup sets settings such as local path to the pdf directory, email config, font settings, print page settings).

2) when the user loads the PDf to server, it should open in in adobe flash screen on the same page (the same way as in [url removed, login to view] online application, check the site for more info).

the menu to open, save, save as, delete, print,list should be on a top of the loaded PDF file. (second page after the intial page menu).

3) I should be able to type anywhere on the document.

4) I should be able on the same screen, to save what i have typed, to see the list of previously saved forms for this pdf file, and to rename, delete saved data files from the list, or save as a form to another data file.

5) on the same page let me print the completed form or email it. (setup will have email setup).

TO SUMMARIZE: each pdf file loaded is a project that will have data files created for it (i.e. completed forms).

6) Finally, let me move data files created for a pdf form to another pdf file, i.e. migrate it.

ther will be some small modifications or additions to this list, and you should be ready to be flexible

The program should be written in ASP code and adobe flash.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

I need online web program (PDF filler database) that will run on my shared ASP hosting account. No extra dlls or special requirements. The program should run under any windows serve

Windows asp server, no custom dlls, should work on any online web server, not a flash server.
