We’re an online web development company with a head office in Toronto Canada. We’ve been successfully hiring developers from Pakistan and Egypt for the past 4 years. We would like to hire more staff for long term. Please note that we’re looking for asp.net developers using vb.net not C# or PHP. Resumes that don’t match these skills will be ignored. Our work hours are 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday EST (GMT -5). This is 8:00 pm to 4:00 am in Pakistan time. We require experience using Visual Studio 2010 or 2012, SQL Manager 2008. We are looking for young developers who are familiar with using asp.net controls, and linking them to SQL data source parameters in design mode, not just in code. We’re looking for someone who’s open to adapt to our coding style and work as part of a team. You’ll be working from home. So you need to have a reliable internet connection, and a power backup. We're offering a basic salary of $600 (Canadian Dollars)/month + $5/hour for over time. Overtime won’t be available until you’ve proven to be productive and fast enough. Hello, I suggest larger salary. If you take into account that tax needs to be paid out of $600 and also agency fee it gives to developer about $300 salary per month. This is enough only to pay Internet fee. I wonder do your developers eat? Do they have place to live?
