ASP search engine using combo boxes and text fields

I am looking for a simple coded search engine done using ASP that MUST be clearly annotated as I may make changes to the site in the future. the search engine shall search a directory of information, the combo box shall be used to filter the type of information then two text fields shall be used to filter the search further. I need this done using the most simple basic code possible but with accurate search results. PM me for more details I have a database already made which is to be used so no data entry is required just extracting data from a MS ACCESS database to the site.
