Office 365 API based & power shell integrated Web application

It's a simple ASP.net website, I have created UI for the complete website, looking to hire someone to help me integrate Office 365 API and Power shell operations to my website. It's a prototype project only, we would require your support in long term when I get approval to design enterprise level. Skills sets required: ASP.NET, C#, Working with API, Power shell integration to website. If this is successfully completed I have two more projects to be completed.
