Pay per call custom solutin

Hello,

I would like to know if your company can develop a custom pay per call solution.

Here is what we would like our system to achieve:

Caller dials the line

Caller listens to a greeting

Options of different operators available could be presented

Caller enters credit card info

Caller gets connected to the chosen operator

Caller is approved to stay connected to operator for a certain time frame

Caller gets a warning when he/she only has 1 minute left

Caller is able to add more time with stored cc.

If caller needs some sort of assistance, call should get routed to an available dispatcher

Here is what our ideal system would require:

Real-time billing and credit card authorization system

Calls could be charged on a per minute basis with a minimum or by a set minute block

Customized greeting

Forwarding of live calls to multiple telephone lines

Real Time online call monitoring for the admin (admin area)

Manage calls on queue with music on hold

Ability to set the max time allowed for each call

Web call button if a caller wants to initiate a call via the internet

Availability button to know if an operator is available or not

Ability to set first time caller pricing

Ability to extend a call

Ability to save card information for return callers

Callers can listen to the different operators that are available, maybe operators record a sample message.

Each operator has an extension

If callers needs to connect to a dispatch operator, the system tries several until finding one available

Ability to record calls

Admin area for owner

admin area for operators to setup time available, and sign in or out.
