US or Aussie Man to make a call now for me

Hi, My colleague is sick and I need a US or Aussie man to make a call to an email provider who has been running late with delivery since Wednesday. The provider is in California - The idea is to say that you work for me and to ask why the orders weren't updated on Slack as they should have this week and explain to the provider that we have more orders waiting and this is urgent.
