Edit audio from interviews into podcast type format

I have about 10 hours of raw audio interviews that we want produced as an interview summary. We want the answers from each interviewer compiled for each question with an intro from the host. We will need an intro and outro created also. The final product should be about 1 hour total.
Please submit a 3 minute video telling me why you are a good fit for this project along with any standard resume or examples you want to include. Only people who submit a video will be considered.
