Hi I have through the drawings you have attached for the platform. I would be able to do this job in SAP 2000. I have good amount of experience in the design of structures particularly steel structures. I have complete masters in Structural Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and currently working in WS Atkins as an Assistant Engineer where my role involves designing of new structures and assessing the old structures to suggest rehabilitation measures.
