Need a freelance architect to do a complete landscape design of a Hill Side Project in India - Approx 5000 square metre of steep hill land. Need you to design the concept as per the contour survey report of the land.
Retaining walls, Green areas, parking, structures, pathways, lighting, basic plumbing and drainage layout, boundary wall, cut & fill details for back filling of retaining walls and terraces. All these with section wise details and boq.
Basically I need Drawings and 3D layout design which is as per the environmental aspects, land topography on the basis of which I can go ahead with construction and other work.
SCOPE OF WORK
i. Conceptual Landscape Master Plan for the project: The areas under Landscape shall be all open spaces around the built form, roads, Entrance Gate, Boundary wall etc.
a. To prepare and provide the Landscape scheme/ strategy & basic considerations with respect to the general image desirable for the Project. b. Broad concepts for hard & soft landscaping including key entry points, road network, open green pockets, location of paths, pavings, planters, fountains, water bodies, gazebos, pergolas, street furniture & lighting etc. & other features that are part of hard scape, climate design approach, environmental aspects. c. Set of Presentation Drawings.
ii. Hard Landscape Design & Details: To prepare & provide hard landscape detailed design intent for roads, paving, paths, cross drainage, mounds, water features, seating, trails, gates, railing, street furniture, games & sports facilities, surface drainage, Street & Basic landscape lighting, type of light fixtures.
iii. Soft Landscape Design & Details: To prepare & provide soft landscape detailed design for execution at ground for species, location, sizes & quantity of all trees, shrubs, ground covers proposed, planting plans.
Construction Documents Services:
a. To prepare and provide the final working drawings for civil, landscaping & Horticulture Works in Three number of sets that will detail the requirements for the construction of the entire project.
