We need a sample Blazor Server App to demo Azure Authentication / Authorization against a few SQL tables with REAT API. The app will also add uses and roles to the AAD via code. Need to illustrate step by step the Azure ADD configuration

2.2. SQL 2018 Developer Edition or better.
2.3. Visual Studio 2019 Community Edition or better. With .Net 5 SDK
