Server-side script to send Monero

We need a server-side script that send Monero (XMR) in equivalent to Bitcoin.
You can find an attached HTML file that will describe the process.
Only bid after checking and understanding the requirements and if you know how to work with cryptocurrencies.
Notes:
1. It is obvious that the attached HTML is for presentation purpose and your script should be 100% secure and working server-side
2. No design required, you can deliver simple design like it is in the file
3. Live rate of XMR is required (our fees will include)
4. The max. Limit is dynamic and will be calculated from our XMR supply
5. Bitcoin refund address is required (in case the Monero cannot be sent from servers end)
6. If the time frame has expired, the order will cancel and any Bitcoin which has been sent already will return to the specified refund address by the server
7. If the order is finished (and the Bitcoin are confirmed by the Bitcoin network) the server will sent the Monero to the destination address. The server will then provide hash link of the Monero transaction.
8. The received Bitcoin will then be forwarded to a cold wallet.
