I am seeking help on redesigning an existing floor plan house into a two-story 2800-3200 sqft 6 bedroom 6 bath home. The existing floor plan is 6 beds/2 bath and 2083 sqft. The home will sit on a concrete slab, no basement desired. The roof should be a standing seam metal roof or metal shingles. The exterior color should be some sort of light gray/blue. I want identical rooms that are at least 120 sqft in area with a kitchenette and full bath accessible to each room. The bath only needs to contain a shower, sink, and toilet and should not be included in the 120 sqft space needed for the room. It will be located in northwest Florida, Escambia County, so I am looking for a design that combines brick/stone and siding--think craftsman exterior. The design should follow regulations for the county. I am looking for a conceptual set of plans to convey the idea to contractors, but I DO NOT need a full set of detailed construction drawings. I have attached photos of the existing floor plan and room layout that I would like. Here is a list of what I need: 1. Drawings for the foundation plan with dimensions 2. Drawings of the floor plan to include dimensions and a few notes 3. Exterior elevations with minor noting for materials used 4.
