Beach house -- 3

Beach house. Total building area 488 square meters. We don’t want the whole area to be built, we want a garden and outdoor swimming pools. 2 major bedrooms, 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, small basement for services (maid, driver, storage area for beach stuff) driver room should have a separate entrance for privacy. 10 meters in front and back of the area not for bulging, we can use the area in front of the beach for bbq and outdoor sitting, the back of the villa is for parking. Dimensions are as following 18.56m (back of villa), 28.85m (sides), 15.27m (beach side). . . We don’t mind the pool floating in first floor at side of the villa, ground floor should have guest hall, guest bathroom, main kitchen and the garden. First floor and second floor should have the bedrooms, outdoor terrace, possibly the pool and beach house with bathroom. . . I would leave the rest to your imagination, we would like to have a Moroccan/Damascus style theme with lots of outdoor. We would like to have the architecture and interior/3D drawing including the electricity/light design, furniture lay out, bathroom and kitchen lay out
