I am looking for a freelancer that can carry out a project to execute a 360 business review of a company in order to facilitate an investment. The Company is a wedding audiovisual and artist provider willing to grow in the corporate events and potentially the concerts segment. The company has received an offer from a wedding venue corporate (with 4-5 venues) that can guarantee a revenue stream of 300k EUR allowing to invest in high quality equipment and technicians with high recovery rate (7x). This would open the possibility to target the corporate events market with top quality service and utilize resources during the work-week. The market is Spain, mainly focused in Madrid. What is required: (1) Strategic Plan: Understand the market size, trends, economics (margins) and business model. Learn about the different segments of the industry (weddings, corporate, concerts) and understand the value chain. Identify key players in the industry, winners and losers. Obtain their annual accounts from infocif.es. Build scenarios of growth with a forecast of revenues by business, operating costs, investments and cashflow. (2) Accounting audit: audit historic accounts and create a proforma account. Build an understanding of capital investments and payback period. Flow into the strategic plan (3) Valuation: Create a valuation model based on multiples and also based on discounted cashflows. Determine required cash investments to execute plan. Project should be executed by an expert with experience in strategy consulting, valuations and with knowledge of accounting. MBA is valued. Spanish fluency and knowledge of the Spanish market is critical.
