I need a competent C++ Programmer to a C++ library to convert HTML to PDF and a .NET wrapper library as well. Requirement for C++ Lib: * Use open source project * Take [login to view URL] as an example. They use Qt and WebKit which is obsolete, I want to use WebEngine used by Chrome and it's present in latest Qt library. You can mimic the way they build that project. * Build to single DLL * Have full instructions on how to build the project * Can be used by a .NET lib Requirement for .NET lib: * Use the above C++ library to expose some API to convert HTML to PDF * Have all the conversion features in EvoPdf HTML to PDF Converter. You dont have to implement SPlit, Merge, Edit, Create PDF features introduced in their lib. Budget: $1000
