Dear Employer, I am a Freelancer based in Taguig and the original developer of PisoWifi - a coin operated internet gateway based on Arduino and Raspberry pi. I have also developer other Arduino projects such as a controller for the Analog Devices SigmaDSP range (i2c) as well as a controller for a laminator with which home-made PCB's could be manufactured. As I understand it you are seeking to program a GPS via arduino. Most, if not all, operate either through RS232 or TTL so I would need to see the datasheet to give a more accurate response.
