Command line based FTP program supporting ipv4 + ipv6 Written in C/C++ preferably, speed is of utmost importance. Supports SSL/TLS connections (Future proof to include TLS v1.3 specs when available) Supports RFC 959/2389/5797/2228/2428/3659/4217 Multi threaded utilization of available CPU/RAM Able to modify several boolean float/integer settings "on the fly" via "console commands" Full specification list and test environments will be provided as required. Full source code will be required at completion as well as possible long term bugfix tweaks to be discussed at a later date?
