Matlab Audio Comparison project

We are looking for someone who has worked on Matlab and is fluent in writing codes in Matlab. We need to convert the Matlab code to C Code (to be used by Mobile App) using Matlab Compiler. We have already written code in Matlab which is on Audio signal processing. However, we would need some tweaking to our existing Matlab code based on the revised project requirement. Details: We are trying to create an algorithm which records the incoming voice call (that will be done using a mobile application - already done) and then compares the recorded audio call with a reference audio clip. (Note: the recorded audio clip is a version of the reference clip). The recorded audio clip might have degradation as it has traversed through the Radio network. So the idea is to compare both the signal and then find out issues in the recorded signal like Distortion, Clipping, Muting, Correlation, etc... and provide an appropriate score to it. Now, we have already managed to create a code which works for the audio comparison however there is some tweaking required based on our new requirements. We require someone to take his work - Cleanse the current code and do minor changes to make it robust - Add some features to the existing code
