C#-class to take snapshots and videos from USB cam in asynchronous way

As part of a bigger project we need some visual documentation (means video and photos) of a physical process. For this we need to be able to
* take a series of photos
* record a video
* or both at the same time with different cameras
in async way, so we only start and stop the series or videos, while the main task continues its work.
Some code is coming with this project:
* the managing code for saving the images in the right folder with the right file name (proposal)
* the Interface definition for the Camera class (proposal)
* UnitTest implementations for the functionality
