Create a predictive report based on historical corrective maintenance data

I have a .NET web system (maintenance management system), I currently have the corrective maintenance module (incidents), and 6 months data of the system implemented in airports. What I need is a predictive report based on that data.
For example:
Columns of the data: (1000 records)
Date of incidence, airport, number of flights, type of equipment, family of equipment, type of observation, cost, status, duration, date of resolution ...
Prediction / projection:
How many incidents of each item or equipment will I have next month / quarter / year per airport?
How much does it cost me the incidents next month / quarter / year per airport?
How many indices will I have next month / quarter / year by type of service and by airport?
etc.
I require this report to be web: web service to which I send the information and return the prediction, and client side (.Net + JS) build the report and filters.
You can use algorithms or a service in the cloud or what you propose.
