Csharp winforms application (check ipconfig results and then launch application)

Windows Forms with 2 buttons - OK / Wait and a logo image at the top. Hitting OK will continue after a check (command below). Hitting wait will hide the application into Systray. The application will need to pop up from systray every 10 minutes until the user clicks OK to continue. (Similar to a windows update reminder) When the user clicks OK, it will need to run a command: ipconfig /all | find /i "Linksys" If anything is returned, then give a prompt on the Windows forms (not a pop-up dialog) stating that "Notepad cannot be launched". If nothing is returned, then hide WindowsForms, launch [login to view URL] and wait until the [login to view URL] process finishes running. Once [login to view URL] ends, close the Windows Forms as well and include exit code (success or failure). Add a timer so that when WindowsForms are launched, a 60-minute timer begins whether the user interacts or not. After 60 minutes, the windows forms will close whether it is in front of the user or hidden in systray. Display a small timer window on the bottom right of the Win Forms (nothing fancy, just timer). Preferable if this can be done within a day. Thank you!
