Open Excel inside windows forms

I have a windows forms application in c#. I want on form_load to open an excel file inside a panel inside my form, In this excel file there are some columns that i will enter some values and there are some calculations based on input,
for example:
[Row, Column]
[1, B] = I enter 6
[2, B] = I enter 4
[3, B] = The result will show here (10)
and I have a button in my form, on button_click i want to fetch the result of the calculation from the columns in
that excel file in this example ([3, B] which is 10).
if the values are null can then set the result = 0.
