Development project

I have a program built out in [login to view URL] The program has been in development for a while and was running fine until recently. I feel that I have hit a wall of problems that I cannot get around. Ultimately the plan was to go from this MVP environment to the Microsoft/Azure world due to issues with HIPPA and GDPR and healthcare records. My present circumstance has accelerated the move to Azure. I am looking for pricing on replicating what I have, and there are a number of additions to be made to the program in the near future.
