I need a qualified engineer to assess my pool's structural integrity. I have concerns about the foundation, as it seems to be shifting or settling. The surface has become bumpy, indicating possible underlying issues. It happended when we got alot of rain and suddenly got problems with pool. Insurance company had an engineer we dont agree with and would like second opinion The ideal candidate should have: - Experience with pool structural assessments - Background in civil or structural engineering - Ability to provide a detailed report on findings and recommend necessary repairs
