Hello, I have a total of 18 years of experience out of which I have worked for 12 years in US. Have done a lot of work with Apex & Visual Force. Recently I moved from US to India to start my own startup. 1: When to use a UI In short, When you will need to create a single page application (Customize User Interface). 2: Programmatic By the way, Firstly, We should use the standard action to utilize for all small tasks in SFDC as possible. It will reduce the complexity of the organization. If you need to use any custom action in your org, Then you can use classes and Triggers to fulfill your requirements. 3: Which approach to take in certain scenarios We need to apply lightning first approach for this scenarios. 4: Object-oriented models in Salesforce experience Lightning is working on MVC framework. Where controller is using as an object-oriented model. 5: What limitations does Lightning have over Classic? Currently, Lightning in improving day by day. There are lots of limitations of Lightning over Classic. These features are not available for Lightning. 1. Regarding data and accessibility: Inline editing of fields, Clone list views, Generating a PDF file etc. 2. Sales Features: Account Teams, Account Partners, Change lead owners to queues, Opportunity Teams etc. 3. Reports and Dashboards: Create Dynamic Dashboards, some report charts etc. 4. Packaging: Create, Upload, Upgrade, & Deprecate a package etc.

(Even this question is unclear) 4:Object oriented models in Salesforce experience Apex is Object Oriented Language, Salesforce is a CRM prodcut, Visualforce is a markup language, Lightning is an MVC framework. If your question is about relationship about Projects -> Salesforce has two types of relationship between objects i) Lookup (Loosely tied relationship. Parent record deletetion has no effect on Children records) ii) Master-Child relationship (Tightly coupled relationship. If parent record is deleted, all related children records are deleted as well) 5:What limitations does Lightening have over Classic? -Related List can't have Lightning action buttons -Case reocrd can't have Case teams in Lightning - When a record is updated from a Lightning component that opens as popup, data on the record details page won't refresh on its own. Either you have to force refresh from the code or refresh the url. - Few JavaScript libraries can't be used. and many more... I have advanced level knowledge in Lightning application development.
