Alistair Group delivers integrated logistics solutions across Sub-Saharan Africa. We are an asset-based organization run by a professional and highly experienced team focused on bringing efficiency, execution culture, and best practice to our customers’ operations.
Our management team is primarily young, dynamic individuals who often lack a Western education and/or corporate work experience. We have some in-house training materials, but we want to develop a suite of training materials, a more substantial training plan for our management across the region, and engage our employees better.
We are looking for someone to help us develop an "Alistair University" database:
Develop a standard template and format for all training as well as quizzes/testing to ensure content has stuck
Consolidating the training materials we have in place and identify where more content needs to be developed
Develop missing content
Update our training matrix (this project is focused on desk-based employees (vs. drivers/mechanics/crane operators)
Place everything in a form where individuals can access training and training completed is tracked and can report back out to HR
Develop a reward system and logic for those who have completed training
Examples of training that we want to include in the material - for each of these we have some material but it needs to be revamped and improved:
Google Suite training (gmail, pages, slides, sheets, calendar)
MS Excel Advanced Training
HSE inductions
Business Development Team training
Sales training materials
HR & Employment Relations / Review of Relevant Policies
ISO and Six Sigma / Continual Improvement
SAP Business One - broad and specifics
etc...
