Need people to create video courses for our startup

I am the founder of Algorythm. Our startup aims at creating technical blogs and video courses in the field of computer science and technology. We currently need someone proficient in AI,ML/ deep learning , or web development (or any other computer science related field) to make courses for us . The courses will be paid courses and we are planning to pay the course creator money in proportion with number of courses sold.
