Gather information from a list of URLs

Please check attached word document for a full task description --------------------- TASK • Go to each URL in the list below (52 in total) • Grab a list of all of the services they offer - this information might be on the Homepage, “Services" Page, “What we do” page, or anywhere else on the website. • Take full page screenshots for different screen sizes, of the following pages if available or if they have a similar name. o Pages ♣ Main/homepage ♣ Services ♣ Portfolio ♣ About us ♣ Our work ♣ What we done ♣ What we do ♣ News ♣ Testimonials ♣ Clients ♣ Contact ♣ Contact us o Screen size (widths) ♣ Mobile 1: 375px ♣ Mobile 2: 411px ♣ Tablet 1: 768px ♣ Tablet 2: 1024px ♣ Laptop: 1440px ♣ Large Display: 1920px • Upload all screenshots to a specific folder in a shared Dropbox shared space. • Grab the Dropbox URLs for all these images. • Grab the contact details o Address o Phone numbers o Email Addresses • Grab the Social Media Account URLs o Facebook o Twitter o Instagram o LinkedIn • Go to [login to view URL] - search for the website and from the results page grab the following information: o Year Founded o Estimated Employees o Headquarters o Global Rank o Country Rank (Country & Number) o Category Rank (Country & Number) o Traffic Sources ♣ Direct (%) ♣ Referrals (%) ♣ Search (%) ♣ Social (%) • Send an email to inquire about the following: o (Information shall be provided after the project has been awarded) • Add the following information to a Dropbox Paper document: o URL o Business Name o List of services o List of screenshot URLs from Dropbox o Contact Details o Social Media accounts o [login to view URL] data o Price quote (from the email response) o Time Estimate (from the email response) o Full Email Response IMPORTANT NOTES • The list of URLs shall be provided after the project is awarded - there are 52 in total. • A template for the email will be provided after the project is awarded. • User and password for the email account required to send the emails shall be provided after the project is awarded. • An example/template Dropbox Paper shall be provided for reference after the project is awarded. • Would be good to use an automated solution to grab all the required screenshots, it will probably be faster and more reliable for switching between screen sizes. • Dropbox shared folder shall be provided after the project is awarded. • Dropbox Paper shared folder shall be provided after the project is awarded. • Dropbox Folder names for the screenshots need to follow these rules: o Must contain website domain name o Replace all dots, spaces, dashes with underscore “_" o e.g. "[login to view URL],uk" would become: “example_co_uk" • Dropbox Paper document names for the details need to follow these rules: o Must contain website domain name o Replace all dots, spaces, dashes with underscore “_" o e.g. "[login to view URL],uk" would become: “example_co_uk" • Screenshots names need to follow these rules: o Must contain website name; o Must contain page; o Must contain window width; o Replace all dots, spaces, dashes with underscore “_" o Separate parameters with two underscores “__" o Format: {website}__{page}__{size}.png o Actual example: [login to view URL] o Actual example: [login to view URL] • Please send all questions before starting the actual work. EXPECTED OUTCOME • 52 Dropbox folders, one for each of the URLs. Folder name follows the naming rules. • Inside each Dropbox folder there are 6 screenshots for each required page, for the screen sizes specified. Image names follow the naming rules. • 52 emails have been sent - 52 email responses have been received. • There are 52 Dropbox Paper documents. They all follow the naming rules. • Data has been collected from [login to view URL] for all 52 URLs. • Each Dropbox Paper document contains all the information requested.
