I am confident in doing this project.
I had:
--Taught English to classes of 10-25 students by planning classes and presenting lessons.
--Developed curriculum, including lectures, reading materials, and tests; improved students' classroom performance with one-on-one tutoring.
--Trained new teachers to the institute and produced videos demonstrating the teaching method.
--Helped organize 4-day summer and winter camps for 500+ students and led workshops for students of varying English ability.
--Coordinated and planned social events like graduation and weekly English clubs for the institute.
--Administered tests and completed evaluations in order to analyze student performance.
--Attended weekly grade level meetings and contributed to the discussion, as well as offered additional supplemental materials.
--Conducted group and one-on-one settings in order to address individual needs.
--Participated in faculty activities and parent teacher conferences.
--Established positive relationships with students, parents, fellow teachers and school administrators/staff.
