The project is to execute a simple online marketing campaign over the next 30 days that targets professional women executives for the upcoming Spring program of a non-profit women’s leadership development program.
Timing: Begin immediately. Conduct simple online marketing campaign ending in mid-February.
Objective: quality over quantity. Success would be 50 qualified applicants for the next program. Qualified applicants would reflect past participants: vice presidents in business, partners in law firms, doctors in medicine, and executive directors in nonprofits.
Existing social media channels: Linked In, Facebook and Twitter.
Existing email platform: Mail Chimp.
Information on the program: The Women’s Executive Leadership Program empowers exceptional women from a wide variety of fields, including business, medicine, media, technology, entertainment, government, military, academia and the law, to strengthen their leadership skills, accelerate their professional and personal development, and expand their professional networks.
Program outcomes: The program is hugely successful in two ways: virtually every participant is transformed; they become part of a lifelong community of support. As a result, we have relied primarily on referrals of new applicants from past participants to date.
