Hello, we are a new digital marketing agency focused on providing Facebook Ads services for Real Estate Agents. We are looking for a freelancer experienced in creating and managing Facebook Ads campaigns, specifically for the Real Estate niche. This is intended to be a long-term position, so please only apply if you are serious about becoming a part of my team. You are expected to be able to use Facebook Ads to generate both buyer and seller leads. Here are some of the basic requirements and skills you’d need for this position: -Must be fluent/native in written English -Must have adequate copywriting Skills to write headlines and descriptions for ads. -Must have had at least 1 year experience working with Facebook Ads -Must be familiar with all functions in the Facebook Ads Manager tool. Write the word pizza on top of your cover letter to confirm that you have actually been reading this description. -You must have a reliable internet connection. -Must be well versed with the Real Estate industry and know how to create ads & campaigns to attract sellers, as well as buyers. -Must be able to present me with quality case studies and testimonials to prove the quality of your work. Note that I will request to be able to use these case studies to present to my clients in order to help close deals. -You must also be able to showcase examples of actual Facebook Ads you’ve created for Real Estate agents. -You absolutely MUST be responsive!! If I message you and do not hear from you within 24 hours, you will not be qualified for this position. -Above all else, you MUST be open and honest with me at all times. If chosen, you will be provided all the information you will need to get started once I close a deal with a client. I will keep you updated as to when a client is signed up. The way payment works is that you will be paid a minimum of $500 USD on a monthly basis per active client. This payment is subject to increase based on factors such as the client’s ad spend, or other specifications.
