Adobe Premiere Plugin

We want to number every shot of a rough timing cut according to markers, so basically we're looking for an effect or plugin that will number each marker numerically and print that number on the screen. An effect that updates all numbers if we add a new marker for instance.

We've never commissioned a plugin before, so are looking for quotes.
