Looking for a simple scanner program for Software Defined Radio dongle. Need it to Scan frequencies with selectable scan speed and direction (up\down). Also needs a squelch variable to cut out white noise. The scan has to be audible, so we dont need visual but that would be nice. A record button will also be needed.
