write a two c# and arduino control

i want you to write two c# program with arduino control 1） The first c#, i will copy and paste a sheet of data into this c# on PC1. The data will always not more than 40 records at each time. Then, the data will shown on PC2 with a new c# program. So you need to write two c# programs and they communicate with each other by fixed ip address. PC1 will be the server, all data change in PC2 will be shown simultaneously on PC1. 2) The c# on PC2 will be a page, with 6 button. After the new data copy from PC1 to PC2, the user on PC2 will press the button and go to a new page with full screen. This will shown one record of the data. The data is copied from MS Access. So the c# on PC2 can read this data and shown each information of each record on specific location on the new page. 3）There is a "location" on each record. The record from MS access is in the following format: There are 16 items in each record of MS access, but what i need is just need to show 7 of them of each record, they are: Bar code, Name of goods, factory, remarks, location, weight, done or not. 4) The "location" will give a signal to arduino mega 2560. I will connect a led strip to arduino mega 2560. I will use a led strip which can be controlled to at least 1 independent led bulb. The arduino can read this "location" and blink the specific led bulb. For example, the led strip has 50 led bulb, if the "location" of the record is "M2", the arduino will control and blink the 4th-6th led bulb, if the "location" is M4, the arduino will blink the 10th-12th led bulb. So the user can know the exact location of the goods and take them out from the shelf. The led will stick on the shelf. 5) If the user finish taking the goods from the shelf, the user will then press a "Next" button to show the next record. Also, the "done or not" in 7 items will change it's status to "0" that means done. 6) So i can see the real time status on PC1 to see if all the record is change to "0". 7) I need 27 independent led strip, so this project may use 27 or less mega 2560 board, please tell me how many mega2560 board should i buy, i need to buy them from internet.
