Looking for a writer interested in writing a podcast for me. This will be a weekly podcast and I am willing to sign up for 52 successive weeks. Each cast is approximately 30 minutes long, about 3,800 words, or approximately 15 double-spaced typewritten pages.
The subject is the history of recorded music. I hope to cover the entire history from Edison and Berliner's early days, through today's streaming media and recording studios in the digital age. Stereo systems should factor in as well, so we cover recording music, playing back music, home audio, movie soundtracks, vinyl records, tape recorders, cassette decks, 8-tracks, Dolby, the whole gamut of how we went from wax cylinder recordings to the multi-channel digital audio of today.
I will pay $100 per finished episode of written and edited material. I would also agree to a contract with the right writer to fund the entire 52 weeks.
You must be a really good, conversational writer. Interesting, fun, and engaging. The last thing I want is a dry textbook dissertation. Each episode has to have a theme and start with an opening zinger pertaining to the subject. The zinger should engage the listener right away by adding a touch of tension or mystery (prefer mystery). The intro is about 30 seconds. If you're interested, submit a few pages of an episode including this intro. I don't care about your resume.
Everything will be delivered on time with the highest quality possible.I am now out sourcing my skills to others. I am very passionate about all of my work, and a bit of a stickler when it comes to accuracy and attention to detail. Time is money, and with my speed I can save you on both! Have tenacity and predilection to do research on the topic prior to start writing...Plagiarism is a sin to me so dont expect that from me at all.
