Help with CRM and Business Workflow

Hi Team, Basic Business overview: This is a new business, with no existing customers. Just knowledge and experience in the industry. We are selling two products primarily: Communications (Line rental, internet and Phone systems) and Cloud Hosted desktop (DESKTOP as a service). I am working on relatively low start-up capital and therefore am looking for a cost-effective solution (hence no website yet but it is coming) I am interested in hearing the most cost effective way to get in front of customers to talk about how we can help them (we can generally save customers money on their monthly bill and offer a better customer service). The goal is to book appointments with business owners in Brisbane for me to do a “Telecommunications Analysis”. Basically to meet the customer and run through their current solution and see if/what we can do better, then present to customer a new solution, implement new solution (ordering stock and managing installations) then collect payment (invoicing etc.). Appointment booking options I have a list of 5,000 leads in Brisbane. This includes: First name, Last Name, Business Name, Phone number, Address, Suburb. NO E-MAIL ADDRESSES. My current thoughts on how to hit this data-base are * Get telemarketer (outsourced to Philippines) to dial the numbers to book appointments with a cold calling script, having a predictive dialler should help increase productivity * Alternatively they could just call the base and get correct information for business owner including e-mail address and then we could bulk e-mail these leads and then follow up with appointment setting calls * I want the telemarketers to be able to send e-mail template and book meeting requests for the customers (preferably through the CRM but it’s not a deal breaker) Other ideas of how to set appointments: 1. Targeting businesses in NBN ready areas: * Find areas on this map: [login to view URL] which are in build stages; compile a list of all of the businesses and telemarket them to book appointments (if you could scrape this data that would be helpful) Even if it is just business names and numbers and telemarketers can call to get contact names/e-mail addresses which can be bulk e-mailed and follow up called etc. * I have door-knocked these types of areas with some success and believe it would be worthwhile to start here if we can do this cost-effectively 1. Google AdWords or bulk e-mail marketing: * I don’t have an e-mail list but in your experience is it worth buying one and marketing to it? * Do you think we would be able to generate leads through google AdWords in a cost-effective way? Other ideas of making sales: 1. Outbound telemarketing and selling over the phone; customer can do voice verifications or we can e-mail copies of contracts and get customers to sign and return. Initially I will be the only person making face-to-face sales, however I will want to grow this team in future and track sales reps strike rates and average sale price etc. KEY POINTS: 1. Can you integrate a predictive dialler with the crm and track calls etc? how user friendly is this interface and how much will it cost? 2. I want easy e-mail integration (which we have already discussed) 3. I would like to know your thoughts on the best go-to market for setting initial appointments (bearing in mind my cash flow is low now) 4. Design of e-mail templates 5. XERO integration for accounts and tracking/sending invoices, can you make it happen? 6. Tracking of staff hours spent on service jobs (can you do this) 7. Any other points you would recommend we talk about 8. I am looking to build a long term relationship and naturally as my business grows I am going to be needing more and more work done by you so let’s work on this together
