1. About us
ROBOFI, LLC is a US e-commerce start-up specializing in high-tech toys, fun sports items, and innovative robots. Our ultimate goal is to bring the most advanced and entertaining products to tech gurus and consumers globally.
Our first project is TOSY Flying Duo – a record-breaking, patented, and super fun Boomerang and Flying Disc that we are going to launch on Kickstarter in August 2021.
We are looking for passionate people to join our team of Customer Service Representatives to provide professional and excellent support to our customers.
2. Job requirements
Customer Service Representatives: 02 - 04 vacancies (full-time and part-time, remote working or in office).
The average pay is $18-$25/hr depending on your experience.
3. Job descriptions:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Communicating with customers via live chat or emails to provide timely support.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
4. Requirements:
• Native English speaker with a college or university degree.
• Any experience in Customer Service jobs and CRM platforms like Hubspot or Salesforce is a great plus.
• Loves working with people and helping others.
• Interested in learning about high-tech products and new innovations.
• Comfortable with using computers and social channels like Facebook, Instagram.
• Sociable, responsible with good attention to detail.
