FULL TIME POSTION GUARANTEED GROWTH/PROMOTIONS GUARANTEED Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Skills (other duties may be assigned): • Answer product and service questions; suggesting information about other products. • Technical support (product walk-through, troubleshooting, etc.) • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution. • Communicate between customer and repair service centers to resolve warrantee claims. • Contact and convey resolutions to customer issues and complaints. • Diffusing escalated situations • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources. • Basic data entry and maintaining logs of customer information Technical Requirements: • Up to Date Computer/Laptop - Minimum: 8GB RAM - Minimum Processor: Intel Core i5 or better • High Speed Internet (20 mbps up/down) • Quality headset with microphone Required Qualifications: • Proficiency in English (MUST BE FLUENT) • High Speed Internet (20 mbps up/down) • Up to Date Computer/Laptop • Oral Communication Skills • Written Communication Skills (mainly for writing professional emails) • Customer Relations/Customer Service • Computer Literacy • Proficient in Google Sheets/Word/ Excel/Outlook • Typing Speed: 50 WPM Recommended Qualifications: • Tech Savvy (not required, but a plus) • Mechanical Aptitude (not required, but a plus) • Knowledge of Kitchen Appliances (not required, but a plus) • Experience using Zendesk • Experience with Skype and TeamViewer Job Type: Full – Time Approximate Hours: Monday – Friday; 9:00AM – 6:00 PM PST (pacific Standard Time) Some Weekends Required Some OT (Overtime) Required Applications MUST include the follow to be reviewed: • Screenshot of Internet Speed – Please conduct a speed test through (link removed) and provide a screenshot of the speed results. • Screenshot of Computer/Laptop Specs – For issues regarding computer specifications please refer to the following link: (link removed) **Interviews will be conducted via skype voice call**

Resolving customer queries on phone related to IT services. I have the ability to handle more than 60 calls per day. I can type 50 WPM. good in reporting etc. Routing the customer to the correct team, solving customer complaints. Preparing RCA. experience in Zendesk etc. Troubleshooting all issues etc. I met all your technical requirement mentioned with laptop, RAM etc.. I got a good Internet speed. Hello Good day, I am interested in the job. I Have work experience working as a technical support professional supporting Microsoft O365 customers/users regarding Microsoft exchange online and outlook issues for 1year and 3months via phone calls, emails or chat. I believe with the skills and knowledge gained in that time I can make an impact and perform well.
