Accounts Payable - enter bills in QuickBooks Online

Hi. I am an affiliate chartered accountant (equivalent to CPA) and a professional accountant since 2009. I am currently working with clients based in US, UK, Canada, Pakistan etc on QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero to maintain their books of accounts, perform reconciliations and cater other accounts department activities. I'll read emails, download the bills attached, and post the bills received from all 10 offices into quickbooks online and also in the correct account.
