One of the things that should be kept in mind when recruiting someone is the attitude they have when applying for the job. I understand that experience is important, and when you have an impressive resume, you're letting the person know that you're qualified for the position you're applying. But the thing that determinates your performance as a successful one, even if you have the experience required or not is your attitude. The ideal candidate is someone that feels confident, happy and determined to provide the best service, is someone who's always learning and improving their skills because they're aware that they have the power to "transform their passion into excellence", and I think that's the kind of person I am.
