Deal Sheet Summary Document
1. Have document auto create my new folders and sub folders
2. In drop down tab auto arrange customers & contacts in alphabetical order
3. When folder auto creates have my Application for Payment Valuation No1 excel document auto inserted in Valuation No 1 Folder
4. When folder auto creates have my Variation costing record auto inserted in the Variation register folder
Contract Variation Record Document
1. Extend the document up to Vr No 100 and check all formulas within document are correct
2. Add hyperlink on Var tab as per Var 1 tab top of page next to Var No which takes you to the corresponding Vr sub folder within the financial section
3. Check all formulas are correct and amend as required
Costing Record Document
1. Extend the document up to item No 100 and check all formulas within document are correct.
2. Within each Tab expand from 30 to 60 number items
3. Add formulas on front page MCD % cell that will add the percentage to the total including O/H, profit & MCD cells
4. Check all formulas are correct and amend / suggest any improvements that could be made
Application for Payment Valuation Document
1. Link the description in the variations Tab to the corresponding details cells in the Contract Variation Register tab
2. Link the Total Value in the variations Tab to the corresponding Variation cost cells in the Contract Variation Register tab
3. Check all formulas are correct and amend / suggest any improvements that could be made
Purchase Log
1. Change the starting order number to PO 19001 and all subsequent Cells to follow suite i.e. next cell would be PO 19002
2. Credit section – Once cell has been populated have it auto change to orange colour
3. Credit section - Have document auto create the next line
4. Supplier & Root folder tab – Have suppliers name auto appear in alphabetical order
