-reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements / Easy
-process weekly accounts payable/ Easy
-monitor company financials / Easy
-perform general accounting duties / Easy
Receptionist duties include, but not limited to:
-greet clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner / See below
-maintain office with attention to lobby, reception area and conference rooms / See below
-shipping and receiving packages / See below
-monitor office supply inventory / See below
-other administrative tasks as assigned / See below
